The smart rail lubricator for reducing rail wear
The newly developed Friction Management – a stationary rail lubricator helps reducing rail and wheel flange wear – up to 80% wear reduction at outer rails in curved track sections. Friction Management with its special lubricating system provides equal grease portions at the required position on time. The intelligent control unit allows fine adjustment and grease dosage and therefore economical operation.

Scope of delivery
The Friction Management Kit includes a solar panel, a cabinet with the control unit, pump with low level signaling, grease dividers, all required sensors, lubrication bars, tubes, fittings and mountings.
